Sacred wait: advent pt.4 - guide

On Sunday, Jonny wrapped up our Advent sermon series Sacred Wait.  He spoke about various words for love that are used in the Bible.

Read 1 John 4:7-21. 

Then reflect on these questions:

Is there a place you need or want to experience love? Is there a prayer or question you can ask God in response?

Is there a person, people, or place that comes to mind when you read these words?  In what way might God be inviting you to love them? Is there a prayer you can offer to God in response?

How have you experienced God’s love in the past year?  Week?  Take time to thank God for how he has loved you.
