Have you heard the phrase “the reckless love of God.” “Reckless love” represents a common way of describing God’s love & captures the way God pursues us and loves us at cost to himself. But, it also poses a question: can God be “reckless?” The word “reckless” implies a risk, maybe even uncertainty but we believe God knows everything so can anything God does be “reckless”? How should we understand the love of God? How does God work in the world? And what does it mean for us?
