8.25.19 Reflection & Liturgy

Reflection, Prayer, Liturgy

We gather today, to celebrate the triumph of our King;
To remember the upside down, unexpected, over-turning
Victory of our King.

We gather to receive, again and again, the good news of Jesus’ arrival;
To hear of freedom, to know our hope, and to once again
Experience the Victory of our King.

We gather to join our lives to the movement of our God;
To participate in his work, witness to his reign, and to
Show the Victory of our King

After the resurrection, Jesus appeared to his disciples and said:

All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.

 We are a people of the resurrection invited to invite all the world to the wedding feast of our King. Go now, an invitation people. Go now and be the Church.
