Celebration Service. Join us THIS SUNDAY at 10am to celebrate and send off the Costello family with worship, tacos, and desserts. We will be gathering together as one big family and will only have childcare for kids aged 0-5. Desserts to share can be dropped off in the cafe. There will also be a basket where you can leave your cards of encouragement or appreciation for Kyle and Joy.

Ash Wednesday. Ash Wednesday is the start of a new season in the Church, a season that leads through Lent, Holy Week, and up to the Resurrection of Jesus on Easter. It’s a chance to orient our minds and prepare our hearts so that we can experience all that Jesus has done and is doing. This year for Ash Wednesday, we will gather as a community on March 6th, at 7pm to worship with art, song, and Scripture. Read more about Lent here.

Volunteers for Missio Kids.  Do you enjoy working with kids? We’re looking for volunteers who care about kids and want to invest in their spiritual growth! There are exciting things happening in Missio Kids, so sign up to join us in our Elementary or PreK class or at Check-in by emailing us here.

Orphan Care Conference. Join Risen Life Church on Saturday, March 2 from 9am-4pm for the second annual Orphan Care Conference as we discuss God’s heart and explore some of the opportunities by which the church can show God’s love for vulnerable children. Registration is open to the public and includes lunch: $25/individual, $40/couple. Register here or for more info email here.

Change For A Dollar. First Star is a non-profit that serves foster youth by supporting them through high school and on to higher education. 3 teenagers from Missio are currently in First Star and have been positively impacted through their programs. We can serve by helping some families with housing deposits and even winter coats. We'd like to have funds available to meet some of these needs as they arise. Click here, and select change for a dollar in the menu, to donate. Or if you are a mechanic willing to volunteer, email Jenny.
