Weekly Update 1.31.19
January 31, 2019
One Family Sunday Service. This Sunday, we will meet for ONE FAMILY WORSHIP SERVICE AT 10AM, rather than having two services. This gives us the opportunity to be together, celebrate God and worship together. We look forward to seeing you there!
Change For A Dollar. First Star is a non-profit that serves foster youth by supporting them through high school and on to higher education. 3 teenagers from Missio are currently in First Star and have been positively impacted through their programs. We can serve by helping some families with housing deposits, and even winter coats. We'd like to have funds available to meet some of these needs as they arise. Click here, select change for a dollar in the menu, to donate. Or if your a mechanic willing to volunteer email, Jenny.
Moving Help for The Costellos. As the Costellos get ready to move, we would like to help them and make it an easy departure. Please bring extra packing boxes you have to Missio this Sunday. There is also a need for help with cleaning, painting, and packing during the weeks of February 11th and 18th. To volunteer or if you're bringing boxes, please email Annie.

If you are someone who loves to serve kids and families and work with the greatest group of volunteers out there, we want to talk to you about our job opening. This position requires 20 hours a week and a passion for kids and leading volunteers. For more information on pay, hours breakdown, and job description please email us here.
