Weekly Update 5.17.18
For the last three years, we have been participating as a community in serving our city on a Sunday. Sunday Serve is this Sunday, May 20th. We'll be worshipping differently by going out and serving North West Middle School and Whittier Elementary. We'll also be doing a few things to serve our tenants and steward our own property here at Missio. Afterwards everyone is invited back to Missio for lunch together. Please let us know you are coming by signing up now!
We are joining the youth of Missio South Jordan and partnering with other local churches for High School Camp and Junior High Camp at Big Canyon Ranch. Expect a week jam packed with good friends, amazing worship and teaching, wild games and recreation; paintball, rock climbing, 300 ft. slip 'n slide, giant trapeze swing, bubble soccer, night-games, archery, gaga ball, corn hole, hiking, swimming, and more!
A registration fee of $50/student is due to hold your spot. For more registration information, and for more youth camp questions, reach out to Nate.

The Peoples Theology
David Foster Wallace, in his now very famous commencement speech, tells a story about two fish and in it, he asks a question, "what is water?" Meaning, what are the pieces of our world we don't recognize but are fundamental to its existence? In this episode we try and answer that question, what is water. *podcast includes two expletives.
