Here's what's happening at Missio:

Family Planning Workshop

Mark and Amelia Parrett have been leading the Annual Goals Summits for a few years and are doing an afternoon workshop for couples to walk through the what, why and how of planning your family's 2018. This event will provide a forum for you and your spouse to talk about everything that matters to your future, time to really listen to each other’s needs and hopes, tailor your own expectations, and support each other. Childcare and refreshments will be provided. Join us at Missio SLC on January 20 from 1-4pm. The cost is $10 per couple (scholarships available) register by January 16.  Register HERE

The Peoples Theology

Our final episode of 2017 is out now. If you haven't, listen HERE. As we prepare for the 2018 season we'd love your input. Are there topics, questions, or issues that you would like us to cover? Podcast@missiodeislc.com

Red Light Ministry

Red Light Ministry is looking for items to help our homeless population stay warm this winter. We are happy to take gently used items, whether they are from your own closet, from your friends and coworkers, or from one of the local thrift shops. We will have a box available in the lobby each Sunday to drop off your items. The items we need most right now are:

  • Jackets
  • Gloves
  • Sleeping bags
  • Warm shoes
  • Warm socks (new please)
  • Hand warmers
  • Hats
  • Scarves
  • Underwear (new please)
  • Bras
